1. Acceptance of Terms / 条款接受

By accessing or using VuNiti, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 访问或使用 VuNiti，即表示您同意受本条款的约束。

2. Digital ID & Identity / 数字身份

vuniti_id: Your identity is established via a unique vuniti_id (SS58: 88) derived from your authenticated account.

vuniti_id: 您的身份ID通过从认证账号派生的唯一 vuniti_id (SS58: 88) 确立。

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the SQLCipher encrypted local database.

账号责任: 您负责维护您的设备及 SQLCipher 加密本地数据库的安全。

3. AI Agent & Model Usage / AI Agent 与模型使用

Model Sovereignty: Users retain ownership of their customized .vum (VuNiti Model).

模型主权: 用户保留其定制化 .vum (VuNiti 模型) 的所有权。

Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the AI Agent or networking features for illegal activities or to disrupt the VuNiti ecosystem.

合规使用: 您同意不利用 AI 智能体或网络功能从事非法活动，或破坏 VuNiti 生态系统。

4. Intellectual Property / 知识产权

All software, designs (including VURA), and the VuNiti brand are the property of the project. 所有软件、设计（包括 VURA）以及 VuNiti 品牌均为本项目财产。

5. AI Output Disclaimer & User Review Responsibility / 模型输出免责与用户审核责任

No Guarantee of Output Accuracy: AI-generated content, model output, and instruction-driven execution results may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific scenario. VuNiti does not guarantee the correctness, legality, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any output.

输出不保证: AI 生成内容、模型输出与指令执行结果可能存在不完整、不准确、滞后或不适用于特定场景的情况。VuNiti 不对任何输出的正确性、合法性、可靠性或特定用途适用性作出保证。

Final Decision by User: You are solely responsible for independently reviewing, validating, and making final decisions before using any output for business, legal, medical, financial, compliance, security, or other critical purposes. VuNiti shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses arising from your reliance on AI outputs or instruction execution results.

用户最终审核责任: 在将任何输出用于业务、法律、医疗、金融、合规、安全等关键场景前，用户应独立完成审核、验证并作出最终决定。因用户依赖 AI 输出或指令执行结果导致的任何直接或间接损失，VuNiti 不承担责任。

6. Subscription Term, Billing & Refund Policy / 订阅周期、计费与退款

Billing Period: Unless otherwise specified, a subscription period starts on the order date and runs through the remaining natural days of that same calendar month.

订阅周期: 除非另有约定，订阅周期自下单当天起计算，至当月自然月剩余天数结束。

Refund Rule (Prorated): If a refund is approved, the refundable amount is calculated based on the unused days in the current subscription period. The used-days portion will be deducted, and transfer/payment processing costs (including but not limited to network fees, payment channel fees, and settlement costs) will also be deducted before refund.

退款规则（按天折算）: 如退款申请获批，退款金额按当前订阅周期内“未使用天数”比例计算；已使用天数对应费用不予退还，并在退款前扣除转账/支付处理成本（包括但不限于链上手续费、支付通道费、结算费用等）。
